Uwe came from Trier, Germany to California because his movie, Jesus macht nicht mehr mit (Jesus can't bear it any longer) was in a film festival in Poodle Springs (Palm Springs). He then came to San Jose and stayed with Jean and Clary Shuh. Pepper and I came down and joined with Jean, Clary, David, Rachel and Erika in showing him around. We all had a grand time.
